•  INTAKE SESSION ($200.00/PER 70.MIN SESSION)       

• INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS ($175.00/PER 55.MIN SESSION)                                    

• EMDR THERAPY FOR ADULTS ($225/PER 70MIN. SESSION)

Evening and weekend appointment options are available.

As a specialty provider, I do not participate in any insurance plans. Paying out of pocket is a great option for people who want to ensure privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company (typically 50%-80% per session). You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at the time of the appointment. Documentation known as a “Super-bill” will be provided to you at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

It is suggested that you call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits?
• If so, what is my out-of-network deductible?
• Once I have met that deductible, what percentage will insurance reimburse me for?
• How do I submit “superbills” for reimbursement?
• How much of my out-of-network deductible has been met for this year?
• How much will I be reimbursed for a: 45-minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834) or a 60-minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90837)?
